At any moment the information and commercial offer presented can be modified by Digibook, on purpose: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

The photographies presented in the website are illustrative of the different products. We recommend that you consult the detail of the product for information about the respective characteristic.

Because of eventual alterations of the prime matters, the images in the web cannot correspond exactly to the real product, keeping constant the characteristics of the same.

The prices and specifications of the articles are subject of alteration without previous warning.

Digibook is not responsible by damages resulting of interferences, interruptions, computer viruses, failures or disconnections of the operating system that can prevent, temporarily, the access, the navigation or the provision of services to the Users.

4. Obligations of the Customers and Users

The Customer and the Users engage to fulfill the present general conditions and respect them, as well as:

- Save, and not spreading, your password of entrance in the web by form to prevent that other people access to your account;

- Not using false identities;

- To provide personal data and correct address for Digibook process properly  the orders;

The Customer is responsible by the veracity of the reported data communicated and engages to communicate Digibook any alterations.

The Digibook declines any responsibility by eventual delay or impossibility of processing the orders, on purpose in the act of delivery, resulting of error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.

5. Order online

For the placing of orders through the web www.digibook.ie is required to register as a client by completing the form available online. Once you register you should follow all the steps of the purchase so that it will be successfully completed.  

The validation of the request of the order supposes that the Customer took knowledge and accepts the General Conditions of Contracting and Utilization of the web www.digibook.ie.

Once you finish your order, you will receive an automatic email to confirm the transaction. You should verify that your order is correct and, if not you are able to ask immediately it alteration.

In the email of confirmation of the order you will find a number of request that will identify in all the moments your order.

6. VAT

The prices published on the website in the professional area add the VAT to the valid tax. The customers registered like intra-community operators are free of VAT. In both cases the information of the prices with or without VAT is very clear.

7. Term of production and availability of the products

Digibook only initiates the process of one order after the confirmation of the respective payment.

It is considered the period of production within 15 working days after confirmation of payment, in all the case this period is only indicative.

At any moment Customer can verify at what stage of production its order is, being notified by sms or email (according on it request when ordering the order) when it is dispatched.

Any delay in the shipment of articles, given the presented estimated dates, does not confer the right to compensation.

8. Cancellations, changes and returns

The no payment of the order in five working days following the date on which it was made implies automatic cancellation of the order.

There are not allowed cancellations, changes and returns of personalized articles, as the material ordered is produced according to the specifications provided by the Customer.

 

9. Means of Payment Accepted

The payment of the order it can be made through banking transfer, credit / debit card, PayPal and ATM.

10. Intellectual property rights

The user assumes the responsibility by the content of the images sent to this service, guaranteeing hold all the existent rights over loaded images through the on-line service, declaring that it did not proceed to any infringement of rights of third parties.

11. Conduct code for users

All the users of the web engage to not loading in the website any elements and photographies of illicit content and, of a general form, not to use this service contrary to the applicable law, to the public order or to the good habits.

Nevertheless, it does not assume any responsibility by possible computer failures that are responsibility of third person or by damages and/or any economic losses resulting from the failure of the computer system on-line orders, or by the fact of it is temporarily unavailable or any other unexpected technical problems and not impute to Digibook.

14. Modification of the general conditions

In the case of the present general conditions of Contract come to be change by legal reasons or by another circumstance, the same will be included in this website.

15. Applicable right and competent jurisdiction

Any litigious question that can derive of the present Contract will be governed by the Portuguese legislation. The parts, with expressly waiving of it own forum, submit to the jurisdiction of the District of Nelas.
